Jakub Zakrzewski is a General Manager at Revolut, currently responsible for launching its operations across Asian markets.

Before Revolut, Jakub was Head of Growth at Easyship, a 500 Startups VC portfolio company that won Hong Kong’s Technology Company of the Year Award in 2017, joining as one of its early employees in 2015.

Prior to joining Easyship, Jakub worked at Lazada (Rocket Internet’s most successful venture up to date, acquired by Alibaba for $1bn+ in 2016) as a first employee in Singapore, where he established business intelligence and online marketing departments at the company. He holds a Master of Science in Finance degree, awarded from ESADE Business School in Barcelona where he wrote his master thesis on "Cases of Angel Investing in Europe".

Victor heads the rollout of Citi Ventures’ D10X program in APAC. His focus is on building the infrastructure necessary for the continuous origination of ideas and teams, and delivering the support necessary for their lasting success.

Victor is a seasoned entrepreneur, global citizen, and systems thinker focused on business model innovation and automated decision support systems. He has over a decade of experience in building and scaling technology startups across the globe. His venture involvements range from intelligent content curation and discovery through forestry tokenization to HR automation and talent analytics.

He holds an MS in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics, a double MS in System Dynamics Modelling from the University of Bergen in Norway and Radboud in the Netherlands, and a BSc in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School. Outside of Citi, he is also a co-founder and board member of Talent Data Labs, Hacker.Works, and, as well as a board advisor at Ekofolio. When he is not building ventures, Victor spends quality time with his family or his PlayStation.

Johnson Poh

Executive Director - Head, Group Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI)


Johnson Poh has been a Data Scientist with experience spanning across the finance, consulting and government sectors for the past decade. His present and past professional appointments include being Executive Director & Head Enterprise Artificial Intelligence for UOB Group, Head Data Science/Practice Lead at DBS Bank, Chief Data Scientist, ASEAN at Booz Allen Hamilton as well as Principal Data Scientist at Ministry of Defence, Singapore respectively.

Johnson also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University (SMU) where his focus areas include applied statistical computing, machine learning as well as big data tools and techniques. He completed his bachelor’s degree at University of California, Berkeley, majoring in the subjects of Pure Mathematics, Statistics and Economics. He received his postgraduate degree in Statistics at Yale University.

Rick Lakhiani manages the implementation of the major regulatory reform initiatives in Asia Pacific region for Citi's Markets and Securities Services business. Mr. Lakhiani has spent nearly 15 years at Citigroup and has over 20 years capital markets experience. Alan has more than 25 years’ industry experience within the financial services industry. Before joining SmartStream, he managed the Corporate Actions, Income Processing and Tax Departments for American Express Private Investment Bank. Whilst at American Express, Alan managed several significant projects dealing with the inception of new tax rules, implementation of new systems, procedures and business transformation initiatives.

Mr. Preiss has taught extensively on Finance and Wealth Management in Asia, Middle East and Africa.

He has also been a guest lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he taught on Technical Analysis as well as a course on Banking & Financial Institutions with a focus on China's Financial System. Mr. Preiss has also been invited to teach and has designed courses for The Graduate School of The People's Bank of China, China's Central Bank and is currently an Adjunct Researcher at Singapore’s  NTU – Nanyang Technology University Centre of African Studies.  The mandate of the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies (CAS) is to develop awareness of Africa as an investment destination, and to develop thought leadership and capacity for doing business in Africa.

Previously he was advisor and founding member of the Asian Bond Market Forum an initiative by the Thai Ministry of Finance. In Singapore he is the co-founder of the Blockchain and Crypto Association of Singapore.

Stanley Park

<p>Stanley Park is Managing Director and Head of Legal - Asia Pacific Region for Scotiabank's Global Banking and Markets Division. He is based in Singapore and is responsible for all legal matters across the region, including China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Among other responsibilities, Stanley provides (i) transactional advice and support to the Bank's businesses related to capital markets, investment banking, commodities, corporate lending/trade finance and global transaction banking; (ii) regulatory advice and support re the Bank's businesses; (iii) management of litigation and disputes; (iv) advice and support to the Bank's internal or proprietary functions (including proprietary investments, HR matters, Finance); and (v) participation in corporate governance or oversight.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Scotiabank, Stanley was with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen &amp; Hamilton and Coudert Brothers in NYC, from 1992 - 2001; with Salomon Smith Barney and UBS Securities in Tokyo from 2001 - 2007; with DKR Oasis, as Chief Compliance Officer, in Hong Kong in 2008; with Barclays Global Investors, as General Counsel, in Tokyo from 2009 - 2010; and with Daiwa Capital Markets, as Senior Legal Counsel, in Singapore and Hong Kong from 2011 - 2014.</p>

Krishna Atkuru

Krishna Atkuru is part of the Grab Financial Group(GFG)’s management team and holds the position of Head of Engineering, Payments. In his current role, he is responsible for the core payments as well as Rewards, Fraud and Data engineering teams across the SEA region. Most recently before Grab, Krishna was part of the CDO organisation in Standard Chartered and built out their Big Data engineering practise across KL, Singapore and Chennai. Prior to Standard Chartered, Krishna worked with Goldman Sachs, Apple and Google in various technical leadership roles in India, US and UK. Nisha currently heads up strategic investments & fundraising initiatives at MatchMove.

Prior to joining MatchMove, she spent 12+ years at CIMB focusing on new market expansion, strategic investments, as well as business transformation initiatives across the region. She has been actively involved in CIMB’s expansion strategy, including regional M&A deals and joint ventures.

As part of CIMB’s digital journey, she drove the set up of CIMB Fintech, built strategic partnerships with leading Fintech players as well as led forays into new markets via digital attacker propositions

Neeraj Sundarajoo (Raj) is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zeemart, a Food Services e-Marketplace founded with the sole purpose of helping F&B operators and suppliers achieve operational excellence through digital transformation. Founded in 2017, Raj spearheaded Zeemart’s fund raising and has raised S$10 million from investors. Through his leadership the Zeemart team has grown to be 70 man strong with a regional presence. In 2018, Raj was one of 3 Entrepreneurs from Singapore selected to participate in the EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs Program, a global program for start-ups with cutting edge ideas.

Driven towards helping restaurants better manage their procurement and improve savings, Zeemart was recently selected as one of the 20 hottest start-ups by Singapore Business Review.

Prior to Zeemart, Raj co-founded Comwerks in 2002, a digital agency that was successfully acquired by WPP in 2010. Post-acquisition Raj served as the Group Managing Director handling WPP’s largest digital businesses including Wunderman, Enfatico, AdPeople and Comwerks.

In 2013 in recognition of his achievements, he was awarded the DBS/SICCI Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as the OCBC/ASME Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. An avid cricket player, Raj has played and managed Singapore’s National Indoor Cricket Team.
