Prosasty is the former Chief Data Officer for SVB’s Commercial bank. As the Managing Director and Chief Data Officer, Prosasty oversaw the Bank’s largest revenue generating line of business, data strategy, data operations, governance, and architecture for the bank, ensuring that producer data is accurate, consistent, secure, and compliant for regulatory needs. 

Previously, Prosasty was the Global Head of Data Governance and Policy at Citi, where she led the development and implementation of the data governance framework, standards, and processes across the enterprise. 

Prosasty also held the role of Chief Data Officer for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC, where she was responsible for data quality operations, drive customer value through AI/ML techniques.

Prosasty also serves as an active Board Member for the EDM Council WDP, a network of data executives with over 250 member firms and 10,000 professionals. Prosasty leads Woman Data Professionals forum to promote DEI and raise global awareness for women in data through spotlights and rising star programs.

Subbiah Subramanian

Subbiah Subramanian is a Business and Technology Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. Known for his extensive expertise in data and analytics, he brings a strategic, execution-focused approach to his roles. Subbiah has a proven track record of consistently meeting specialized customer needs, catalyzing business performance and growth, and establishing himself as a transformative force in the industry.

During his tenure at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) ,he stood up a data office to oversee the strategy, execution, stewardship, and ongoing business functions related to company-wide data across all business units. He established a robust data strategy framework on Cloud-Native technology . This was foundational in DTCC’s initiative to use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology.

In his role as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Alpha Data Services/Data GX at State Street Corporation, Subbiah was instrumental in establishing and managing a business division dedicated to offering outsourced data management services and distributing State Street data to worldwide clients.  Subbiah's experience extends to BNY Mellon, where he was Global Head of Managed Data Services leading a multi-disciplinary team, supervised front-office services for global clients, and established strategic vision for service offerings.

He holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras. He has completed finance and control coursework at Harvard University Extension School.

Linda F. Powell is the Enterprise head of data governance and deputy chief data officer at Bank of NY Mellon. She has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry including commercial banking, banking supervision, and supporting economic research. She spent most of her career with the Federal Reserve System. She was also the Chief data officer at the Treasury Department’s office of financial research and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In 2018 she joined Citibank as the Global head of data governance, data reporting, and end user computing and joined Bank of NY Mellon in 2021. She has published several papers on the topics of data standards, metadata, and data strategy. She has a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University and an M.S. in quantitative finance from George Washington University.

Miquel Noguer i Alonso PhD

Miquel Noguer i Alonso is a seasoned financial professional and academic with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He is the Founder of the Artificial Intelligence Finance Institute and Head of development at Global AI. His career includes roles such as Executive director at UBS AG and CIO for Andbank. He has served on the European Investment Committee UBS for a decade. He is on the advisory board of FDP Institute and CFA NY.

Mr. Noguer is also an academic, teaching AI, big data, and fintech at institutions like NYU Courant Institute, NYU Tandon, Columbia University, and ESADE. He pioneered the first fintech and big data course at the London Business School in 2017. He is the author of 10 papers on AI.

He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in business administration from ESADE, a PhD in quantitative finance from UNED, and other prestigious certifications. His research interests span asset allocation, machine learning, algorithmic trading, and fintech.

David Car serves as Co-chief technology officer where he jointly leads the company's software, data, and IT activities. He provides architectural direction throughout the development group, develops key software components, and helps departments use technology effectively. David started his career at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio as a Senior Aerospace Engineer where he spent many years developing high performance parallel computing solutions to solve large-scale computational fluid dynamics problems. After 18 years working for the Air Force, he started as a Senior software engineer and later became Post analysis team lead at CD-Adapco, a state-of-the-art computational modeling software company, in New Hampshire. David moved to Florida and began working for VIM as a Senior developer and later as Lead software architect. David received his bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Ohio State University, master's in aerospace engineering from MIT, and completed at coursework and qualifying exams for a PhD in aerospace engineering at the University of Cincinnati, but later leaving the PhD program to pursue his passion for software development.

Her career in financial services technology spans more than 25 years, always with a focus on engineering and data practices. Immediately before BNY Mellon, Andrea was at Deutsche Bank, where she led customer data innovation programs supporting KYC and the end-to-end client data lifecycle. Since joining BNY Mellon in 2019, Andrea has been focused on the master and reference data program within enterprise data management, driving improved capabilities and data quality into the foundational data of the bank.

Dessa Glasser

Dessa Glasser is FRG’s Principal for the data strategy advisory and analytics practice, providing innovative solutions to clients in data, risk, and analytics. She is an independent board member of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc; and chair of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF).

Before joining FRG, Dessa was the Managing director at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for the Capital Stress Testing Analytics and was the Chief data officer for Asset and Wealth Management. As Deputy director of the Office of Financial Research, she received the US Treasury Exceptional Service Award. Dessa was the Chief risk officer for Bunge and held senior positions at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, IBM, and KPMG.

Dessa has a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Ph.D. and M.A. in economics from Fordham University, where she is on the advisory board for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Marcel is an established business leader with 20 years’ experience in advisory, capital markets research, market analysis, go-to-market strategy for derivatives, ETFs and fixed income products, and financial services technology from front to back-end. Mark Feeley

Jesse Fu

Senior director, automation and business transformation

Jesse Fu is the Senior Director of Automation and Business Transformation at SiriusXM. At SiriusXM, Jesse established the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and leads the citizen-led automation program within the finance function. Initially focused within the controller group, this program has since been expanded to the broader CFO organization. The Automation CoE at SiriusXM serves as an example of how citizen-led automation can contribute to operational efficiency, particularly in areas requiring stringent financial controls and reporting.

Before joining SiriusXM, Jesse spent over six years at PwC and nearly nine years at KPMG, providing consulting services in the financial services industry. His work as a consultant primarily focused on delivering solutions for operational improvement and risk reduction, particularly in the private equity and hedge fund sectors. These experiences have endowed him with a nuanced understanding of the complexities organizations face in optimizing operations, especially in highly regulated environments.
