Dr Adrian Pearce is the Group Chief Data Officer (GCDO) and acts as a Senior Advisor to the Group Chief Operating Officer with base in Zurich, Switzerland at the Credit Suisse Group AG headquarters. As GCDO, Adrian is focused on the architecture, governance, security and underlying quality of data within the bank. More recently Adrian has applied significant focus to the usage and analysis of existing Credit Suisse data to create business value for the organization. His advisory mandate is to improve the effectiveness of business processes and significant change programs globally across the Group. He is a member of the Group COO Management Committee. Before moving to Zurich, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in New York. As Head of Global Markets Change he took responsibility for the definition and execution of the change portfolio for the GM division. Before his assignments in the US, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in London, where he joined the Credit Suisse Group in 2009. He acted as Global Head of Investment Banking Change for the IB division. Before Adrian served as Global Head of Strategic Risk Program, and prior to that as Global Head of Strategic Change and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining the Credit Suisse Group, Adrian held the position of Global Head of FID IT at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 13 years in a number of roles across Operations, Front Office and Technology. Before that he trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent several years working in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Donna has spent twenty (25) years in progressively more senior technology roles, both as a consultant and in leadership roles with the last decade focused on leading Data and Information Management teams. Prior to her current role at RBC Capital Markets, Donna led both IT Infrastructure and Data Management teams at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), developing both Technology and Data Strategies and executing a wide range of initiatives that supported the delivery against those. John Bottega is a senior strategy and data management executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. As the former Chief Data Officer at Bank of America, John was responsible for driving the enterprise data management strategy for the firm. This included championing the data management policy and standards, establishing and operationalizing data governance, working with technology to define the data platform, infrastructure and tool simplification, and supporting the bank's data scientist team in their efforts to drive improved information analytics.
Before coming to Bank of America John was the Chief Data Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) where he worked with domestic and foreign regulators on financial sector data management and data quality. While at FRBNY, John led the effort to define and establish a new international data standard known as the LEI (Legal Entity Identifier), a global standard for unique organizational identification, key to enabling and strengthening system risk analysis in support of global financial stability. During his time at FRBNY, Bottega also served as a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Office of Financial Research (OFR), an agency established by the Dodd-Frank Act within the US Department of the Treasury, responsible for analysis and monitoring of industry-wide systemic risk.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Bottega was Chief Data Officer for Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Banking group where he defined their data management improvement strategy and roadmap. While working with Citigroup he led an effort that reduced the bank’s BASEL capital risk exposure through improved data quality initiatives, and resulted in significant bottom line savings to the firm. Prior to Citigroup, he worked for other financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

Based in Singapore, Eric is responsible for setting the ESG research, integration, and active ownership agenda in Asia. In his role, Eric conducts proprietary research to identify and manage investment risks and opportunities related to the sustainability strategies of companies in the region. Eric also works with Asian based portfolio managers on evaluating ESG exposures at a portfolio level. He collaborates with the ESG team on methodologies for product development and represents Manulife IM’s ESG capabilities among the local investment community..
Prior to joining Manulife Investment Management, Eric led the Sustainable Finance initiatives for Asia-Pacific at S&P Global where he helped to develop and launch the ESG Evaluation Framework. He worked closely with analysts across the region to evaluate ESG exposures in corporate and infrastructure entities. Before joining the Sustainable Finance team, he covered various sectors as a credit ratings analyst at S&P in both the United States and Asia. Preceding S&P, Eric worked on an equity portfolio at Barclay’s PLC in New York, and on the special situations desk of the boutique investment bank StormHarbour Partners LP.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Colgate University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Singapore.

Naomi has over 30 years experience in working within asset managers, investment banks, pension funds and insurers at CEO, COO and senior level, delivering business operating models that maximise value from data and improve the way work gets done. She has in-depth knowledge of the data used within the financial sector, how it needs to be governed and the data architectures supporting the modern data-driven approach necessary for data science and analytics to succeed.
She is currently Chief Data Officer for HUB, a new venture bringing PIMCO, Man Group, State Street, IHS Markit, Microsoft and McKinsey together to build a new operating infrastructure for asset management. It will adopt a data first strategy in an open, modular, flexible and low-code manner. The partnership brings together market leading expertise and methodology from across asset management, data and technology. Naomi has an M.A. from the University of Oxford.

Joe Lodato is a Managing Director, Global Head of Compliance Technology and Surveillance for Guggenheim Partners. Previously, he was the Chief Compliance Officer for Guggenheim Securities.
Earlier in his career, he held positions in Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer roles in a variety of settings, from startup organizations to large global services organizations, including Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and AllianceBernstein. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and events such as Waters Technology.

Having joined Chartis in July 2020, Jay’s primary focus is to lead and build-out our offerings for the buy-side, both in asset management and wealth management. Jay was most recently a Senior Principal at Finastra. Doris Brophy joined Société Générale in 2016 as the Director of Data Governance & Standards for the Americas. Prior to Société Générale, Doris had over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry on both the buy side and sell side. Doris has an extensive Technology and Data Background. In her prior role at a large Asset Management organization, Doris served as Domain Executive for the Chief Data Office for the Business Products and Services Data Domain. Doris has also held positions as CIO of a hedge fund, CIO of Debt Capital Markets at a large broker dealer and COO of Technology for Equity and Electronic Trading. Doris began her career programming innovative market data solutions, complex options models, trading systems, and global networking solutions. Doris was an early adopter and influencer of client server, SBA (Service Based Architecture) solutions, thin client, browser deployment and process re-engineering.
Doris Brophy earned her B.A. in Computer Science and Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from Hiram College. She studied graduate Economics at Rutgers university and was a judge for the MIT Sloan School of Business CIO of the year award from 2009 through 2016.

Chad Giussani leads the Operations and Transaction Reporting Compliance team at Standard Chartered bank covering post-trade operations and global trade and transaction reporting obligations. He has been involved with regulatory trade and transaction reporting since 2006, covering MiFID, Dodd-Frank, EMIR and more recently many other G20 risk reporting and prudential jurisdictional requirements. Chad originally worked in the transaction reporting vendor area before moving into a leadership role within investment banking technology, then onto business change and more recently into compliance.

He leads the Applied AI & ML organization for CIB and the firmwide Machine Learning Center of Excellence, where he is responsible for advancing the development and adoption of scalable analytics and AI solutions across its businesses. and collaborated with the eLearning firm "Finance Modules" to produce online market data training for the FISD FIA Certification.
Ed began his career with Interactive Data and Moody's Investors Service, then joined Fidelity Investments managing market data and investment research for the Fidelity Funds and the Fidelity enterprise.
