Dr Adrian Pearce is the Group Chief Data Officer (GCDO) and acts as a Senior Advisor to the Group Chief Operating Officer with base in Zurich, Switzerland at the Credit Suisse Group AG headquarters. As GCDO, Adrian is focused on the architecture, governance, security and underlying quality of data within the bank. More recently Adrian has applied significant focus to the usage and analysis of existing Credit Suisse data to create business value for the organization. His advisory mandate is to improve the effectiveness of business processes and significant change programs globally across the Group. He is a member of the Group COO Management Committee. Before moving to Zurich, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in New York. As Head of Global Markets Change he took responsibility for the definition and execution of the change portfolio for the GM division. He was a member of the Global Markets leadership team and the bank's Global Leadership Council. Before his assignments in the US, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in London, where he joined the Credit Suisse Group in 2009. He acted as Global Head of Investment Banking Change for the IB division. Before Adrian served as Global Head of Strategic Risk Program, and prior to that as Global Head of Strategic Change and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining the Credit Suisse Group, Adrian held the position of Global Head of FID IT at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 13 years in a number of roles across Operations, Front Office and Technology. Before that he trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent several years working in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Adrian holds a PhD in solid state Physics from the University of Warwick, UK and the Institute Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, France, plus a first class honors degree in applied Physics from the University of Hull, UK.

Donna Rudnicki, Managing Director, Head of Global Data Management at RBC Capital Markets is leading the implementation of RBC CM’s Data Strategy, establishing and operationalizing a data governance framework, and providing leadership to small and large scale projects that are serving to deliver on the business and data roadmaps.
Donna has spent twenty (25) years in progressively more senior technology roles, both as a consultant and in leadership roles with the last decade focused on leading Data and Information Management teams. Prior to her current role at RBC Capital Markets, Donna led both IT Infrastructure and Data Management teams at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), developing both Technology and Data Strategies and executing a wide range of initiatives that supported the delivery against those. Donna has had opportunities to speak at a number of data conferences in both Toronto, New York and London, won the Waters Technology EDM Professional of the Year in 2020 and advocates for data management through her role on the Board with the Enterprise Data Management Council (EDMC). Donna also chairs the EDMC Women in Data group for the Americas.
Donna is passionate about making a difference in the community having previously chaired the Board for the Burlington Family Resource Center (BFRC), sat on the Board for the Reach Out Center for Kids (ROCK), participated in a leadership capacity for the United Way campaigns at both the CPPIB and RBC Capital Markets and has been a mentor in the Women in Capital Markets programme. Dessa moved into the private sector after teaching at Rutgers University. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Dr. Seethepalli was Managing Director, Sustainability & Impact for Infra-Tech Capital, an impact fund investing in companies utilizing technology to provide infrastructure services and achieve UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She joined Infra-Tech Capital after a long career with the World Bank Group focusing on sustainable development and investment policy, blended finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). She has $2 billion in direct investment experience in sustainable finance, and led complex World Bank advisory mandates in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Mexico, Philippines, South Korea, South Africa, Poland, Timor Leste, Kenya and Ghana.
Dr. Seethepalli led the World Bank Group’s dialogue with APEC, ASEAN, G20 Finance Ministers, multilaterals and development partners, and is a frequent speaker participant on sustainable financing at global fora, such as the World Economic Forum, convening private investors, advisors and thought leaders. She has also strengthened dialogue with NGOs and global civil society on ESG issues on live investments.

John Bottega is a senior strategy and data management executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. As the former Chief Data Officer at Bank of America, John was responsible for driving the enterprise data management strategy for the firm. This included championing the data management policy and standards, establishing and operationalizing data governance, working with technology to define the data platform, infrastructure and tool simplification, and supporting the bank's data scientist team in their efforts to drive improved information analytics.
Before coming to Bank of America John was the Chief Data Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) where he worked with domestic and foreign regulators on financial sector data management and data quality. While at FRBNY, John led the effort to define and establish a new international data standard known as the LEI (Legal Entity Identifier), a global standard for unique organizational identification, key to enabling and strengthening system risk analysis in support of global financial stability. During his time at FRBNY, Bottega also served as a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Office of Financial Research (OFR), an agency established by the Dodd-Frank Act within the US Department of the Treasury, responsible for analysis and monitoring of industry-wide systemic risk.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Bottega was Chief Data Officer for Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Banking group where he defined their data management improvement strategy and roadmap. While working with Citigroup he led an effort that reduced the bank’s BASEL capital risk exposure through improved data quality initiatives, and resulted in significant bottom line savings to the firm. Prior to Citigroup, he worked for other financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

Anita Patel is a Lead Data Scientist in Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) & Sales Technology at Bank of America. She has been with the bank for over 7 years, initially joining as a software developer, and has gone on to help build several predictive models for the bank. One of her most impressive projects to date was helping to develop Bank of America’s Predictive Intelligence Analytics MachineTM (BofA PRIAMTM), which is an artificial intelligence system that helps to optimize demand for equity capital market transactions, including IPOs. The product has won a number of external industry awards, including Gartner’s Eye on Innovation Award and Waters Technology’s AFTA for Most Cutting-Edge IT Initiative. Emma Kalliomaki is Managing Director of the Association of ANNA. She is also Managing Director of the Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB), an organisation originally founded by ANNA and now working in collaboration with the industry as a fully automated global generator of ISINs, CFIs, and FISNs, for Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives. While Emma has been working as MD, the DSB has been designated by the Financial Stability Board as the sole service provider for the future UPI system supporting the DSB focus on industry requirements to deliver an OTC derivatives identification framework. Emma has over a decade of experience in financial data, standards and regulation, previously also working as head of the London Stock Exchange’s SEDOL Masterfile.

Malavika Solanki is part of the Management Team at the Derivatives Service Bureau, (DSB), a global numbering agency for OTC derivatives that allocates ISINs, CFI codes and FISNs - all recognised and adopted ISO standards for identifying, classifying and describing financial instruments. The DSB will in due course also provide UPIs, following recent nomination by the Financial Stability Board. Malavika has worked in the OTC derivatives market for over 20 years, is part of the team that oversees the DSB and was previously responsible for the development of LCH.
