Adrian Pearce

Dr Adrian Pearce is the Group Chief Data Officer (GCDO) and acts as a Senior Advisor to the Group Chief Operating Officer with base in Zurich, Switzerland at the Credit Suisse Group AG headquarters. As GCDO, Adrian is focused on the architecture, governance, security and underlying quality of data within the bank. More recently Adrian has applied significant focus to the usage and analysis of existing Credit Suisse data to create business value for the organization. His advisory mandate is to improve the effectiveness of business processes and significant change programs globally across the Group. He is a member of the Group COO Management Committee. Before moving to Zurich, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in New York. As Head of Global Markets Change he took responsibility for the definition and execution of the change portfolio for the GM division. He was a member of the Global Markets leadership team and the bank's Global Leadership Council. Before his assignments in the US, Adrian was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in London, where he joined the Credit Suisse Group in 2009. He acted as Global Head of Investment Banking Change for the IB division. Before Adrian served as Global Head of Strategic Risk Program, and prior to that as Global Head of Strategic Change and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining the Credit Suisse Group, Adrian held the position of Global Head of FID IT at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 13 years in a number of roles across Operations, Front Office and Technology. Before that he trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent several years working in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Adrian holds a PhD in solid state Physics from the University of Warwick, UK and the Institute Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, France, plus a first class honors degree in applied Physics from the University of Hull, UK.

Meaghan Muldoon, Global Head of ESG Integration, leads the integration of ESG considerations across all active investment platforms at BlackRock. She most recently served as EMEA Head of Sustainable Investing, focused on identifying drivers of long-term return associated with environmental, social, and governance issues, integrating them throughout BlackRock's investment process, and creating solutions for our EMEA clients to achieve sustainable investment returns. Previously, Meaghan served as a Managing Director and Liaison to BlackRock's Board of Directors within the Corporate Strategy team, where she led the Board of Directors function and managed a range of complex strategic projects.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2016, Ms. Muldoon served for more than seven years as a fiscal and economic policy advisor in the Obama Administration. Most recently, she served as Counselor to the Treasury Secretary, coordinating the Department's fiscal, domestic, and economic policy efforts.

In previous roles, Ms. Muldoon served at the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and Policy Advisor to the Chief of Staff, as Associate Director to the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform (Bowles-Simpson Commission), and as a lead advisor to three Directors of the Office of Management and Budget.

Ms. Muldoon earned a Bachelor of Arts in government, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.

David Wright

David Wright has led financial services and market data strategy across process, technology, and people to advance data management practices for nearly 20 years. Over his career, he has been surrounded by data, data analytics and system architecture which are the pinnacle to materializing proper enterprise data management and strategy. David is currently the Chief Data Officer for BNY Mellon, having previously led the data strategy for Commerzbank NA including alignment with the Enterprise Chief Data Office to improve data integrity, gain operating efficiencies, and transform data to enable insight. Prior to that David led a global team boosting the data governance ecosystem including the principal framework, data dictionaries, tools, and data integrity to enable strategic data management practices across all S&P Global Ratings key domains. And, while a part of JPMorgan Chase, David grew the Reference Data Chief Data Office as part of the developing enterprise CDO functions.  He also enabled data management strategy while leading enterprise finance initiatives including global ledger platform and functional consolidations including related corresponding logical and physical data model development.

Hartnell Ndungi

Hartnell was the first Chief Data Officer in the East & Central Africa Region. His specialty is in the Banking and Financial Services sector where he has been able to master the development and execution of key Data & Digital Strategies for large financial institutions. He was previously a senior data consultant providing advisory and analytics services to governments, banks, insurance firms and Telco’s.  He has also led and set up data teams for top banks in the region.

He is currently the Chief Data Officer at Absa Kenya where he leads the Data Science, Data Governance, Business Intelligence and Analytics teams. With a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and Governance, he seeks to ensure that organizations are able to set up dynamic data teams, understand the data they hold, harness actionable insights and deliver key use cases encompassing profitability, operational efficiency, growth and transformation.

Donna Rudnicki

Donna Rudnicki, Managing Director, Head of Global Data Management at RBC Capital Markets is leading the implementation of RBC CM’s Data Strategy, establishing and operationalizing a data governance framework, and providing leadership to small and large scale projects that are serving to deliver on the business and data roadmaps.

Donna has spent twenty (25) years in progressively more senior technology roles, both as a consultant and in leadership roles with the last decade focused on leading Data and Information Management teams.  Prior to her current role at RBC Capital Markets, Donna led both IT Infrastructure and Data Management teams at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), developing both Technology and Data Strategies and executing a wide range of initiatives that supported the delivery against those.  Donna has had opportunities to speak at a number of data conferences in both Toronto, New York and London, won the Waters Technology EDM Professional of the Year in 2020 and advocates for data management through her role on the Board with the Enterprise Data Management Council (EDMC).  Donna also chairs the EDMC Women in Data group for the Americas.

Donna is passionate about making a difference in the community having previously chaired the Board for the Burlington Family Resource Center (BFRC), sat on the Board for the Reach Out Center for Kids (ROCK), participated in a leadership capacity for the United Way campaigns at both the CPPIB and RBC Capital Markets and has been a mentor in the Women in Capital Markets programme.  Donna is involved with The Salvation Army as part of the National Advisory Board and is most excited about the opportunities that lie ahead with this work.

Dessa Glasser



Dessa Glasser is FRG’s Principal for the data strategy advisory and analytics practice, providing innovative solutions to clients in data, risk, and analytics. She is an independent board member of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc; and chair of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF).

Before joining FRG, Dessa was the Managing director at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for the Capital Stress Testing Analytics and was the Chief data officer for Asset and Wealth Management. As Deputy director of the Office of Financial Research, she received the US Treasury Exceptional Service Award. Dessa was the Chief risk officer for Bunge and held senior positions at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, IBM, and KPMG.

Dessa has a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Ph.D. and M.A. in economics from Fordham University, where she is on the advisory board for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. 

Tanya Seajay

Seajay is a thought leader when it comes to calculating a company’s alignment with society’s values, validating a company’s Environmental, Social and Governance actions, as well as its progress in contributing to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Seajay has a Master of Communications Management degree from McMaster University and is a graduate of journalism. Gordon “Gordo” Wilson is the Chief Data Officer, Americas Division, Managing Director, and General Manager of our Information Control Department Americas Division (ICDAD).
A career leader and financial services senior executive, Gordo joined the firm in February 2020, to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide data strategy with a focus on data management and data governance.

Prior to SMBC, Gordo was at JPMorgan Chase, leading the global business data strategy as Managing Director in the Asset and Wealth Management Chief Data Office. Before that, as Head of Field Enablement and Business Analytics, he led an organization to drive sales and relationship management success for Treasury Service products with a focus on data management, finance, risk, and client relationship management.

Gordo served as a Naval Officer for 21 years, and during this time he completed numerous operational tours worldwide, highlighted by command of a Navy squadron and flying 35 types of aircraft. As a test pilot, Gordo contributed to the design, development, procurement, and flight tests of innovative aircraft and associated mission systems.

Gordo graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography, earned a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Aeronautical Science, and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School as an Engineering Test Pilot.

Celine Le Cotonnec

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Dr. Seethepalli was Managing Director, Sustainability & Impact for Infra-Tech Capital, an impact fund investing in companies utilizing technology to provide infrastructure services and achieve UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She joined Infra-Tech Capital after a long career with the World Bank Group focusing on sustainable development and investment policy, blended finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). She has $2 billion in direct investment experience in sustainable finance, and led complex World Bank advisory mandates in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Mexico, Philippines, South Korea, South Africa, Poland, Timor Leste, Kenya and Ghana.

Dr. Seethepalli led the World Bank Group’s dialogue with APEC, ASEAN, G20 Finance Ministers, multilaterals and development partners, and is a frequent speaker participant on sustainable financing at global fora, such as the World Economic Forum, convening private investors, advisors and thought leaders. She has also strengthened dialogue with NGOs and global civil society on ESG issues on live investments.

John Bottega

John Bottega is a senior data management strategist and executive with over 40 years of experience in the finance industry. Over his career, John has held various roles in supporting an organization’s data strategy and data implementation objectives. In 2006, John became one of the first Chief Data Officers in finance with his appointment as CDO at Citibank. He went on to hold the role of CDO in both the public and private sectors, serving as CDO for Bank of America, and holding the post of CDO for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

As the former Chief Data Officer at Bank of America, John was responsible for driving the enterprise data management strategy. This included championing the data management policy and standards, establishing and operationalizing data governance, working with technology to define the data platform, infrastructure and tool simplification, and supporting the bank's data scientist team in their efforts to drive improved information analytics.

As the Chief Data Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY), John worked with domestic and foreign regulators on financial sector data management and data quality. While at FRBNY, John led the effort to define and establish the LEI (Legal Entity Identifier), a global information standard for unique entity identification, key to enabling and strengthening systemic risk analysis in support of global financial stability. John also served as a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Office of Financial Research (OFR), an agency established by the Dodd-Frank Act within the US Department of the Treasury, responsible for the analysis and monitoring of industry-wide systemic risk.

Today, John is the President of the EDM Council, a non-profit professional trade association, focused on elevating the practice of data management through best practices, data standards, research and education. The EDM Council supports over 250 organizations comprised of over 10,000 members, helping them successfully advance their data programs within their firms, while creating a global network for data management community collaboration.

John has been a frequent speaker for over 20 years at industry conferences and industry symposiums. Danielle Jiang

In 2015, she built a quantitative investment strategy of ETF portfolios for Smartly.sg, one of the pioneering robo advisors in Singapore. She joined MAS in 2017 to start a couple of supervisory technology projects, including Project Apollo which captures stock market manipulation using machine learning. Malavika Solanki

Malavika Solanki is part of the Management Team at the Derivatives Service Bureau, (DSB), a global numbering agency for OTC derivatives that allocates ISINs, CFI codes and FISNs - all recognised and adopted ISO standards for identifying, classifying and describing financial instruments. The DSB will in due course also provide UPIs, following recent nomination by the Financial Stability Board. Malavika has worked in the OTC derivatives market for over 20 years, is part of the team that oversees the DSB and was previously responsible for the development of LCH. Clearnet’s credit default swap clearing service. Malavika’s experience lies predominantly in launching and scaling new ventures across a variety of OTC derivative asset classes, with skills focused on service and product development and business modelling. Malavika is a graduate of London Business School’s Executive MBA programme and enjoys mentoring high-growth, fintech teams.

Anita Patel

Anita Patel is a Lead Data Scientist in Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) & Sales Technology at Bank of America. She has been with the bank for over 7 years, initially joining as a software developer, and has gone on to help build several predictive models for the bank. One of her most impressive projects to date was helping to develop Bank of America’s Predictive Intelligence Analytics MachineTM (BofA PRIAMTM), which is an artificial intelligence system that helps to optimize demand for equity capital market transactions, including IPOs. The product has won a number of external industry awards, including Gartner’s Eye on Innovation Award and Waters Technology’s AFTA for Most Cutting-Edge IT Initiative. Anita was named Data Science Professional of the Year by WatersTechnology in 2020.

Phineas Glover

Phineas joined Credit Suisse in April 2018 as Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research in Australia, and was subsequently appointed to lead ESG research for the APAC region. He was previously Head of ESG research at Macquarie Bank and his career has spanned investment research, fund management and ESG specialisms. Phineas co-founded the UK Investor Forum, a membership organisation now representing institutions with c. £14 trillion global AuM. He previously headed up collective shareholder engagement on behalf of fund managers at the Association of British Insurers, worked on the buy-side as an equity analyst at The Co-operative Asset Management and had spells as a senior adviser to EY. Phineas holds a BA from Brunel University in business management and economics and an MSc from Birkbeck College, University of London in business strategy, economics and the environment.

Michel Finzi

Appointed to the role in September 2020, Finzi has 30 years of experience building businesses, developing products and organizations, and growing revenues for public and private companies at all stages of development. He has held senior leadership positions at capital markets companies as well as for innovative financial technology and quantitative research firms. 

Finzi previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Tassat, a digital payments and exchange FinTech company. In earlier roles, he was Managing Director of the Equities Division at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, and spent 15 years at Instinet Corporation, where he served as Managing Director of the Institutional Client Group, and Senior Vice President for International Trading.

Emma Kalliomaki

Emma Kalliomaki is Managing Director of the Association of ANNA. She is also Managing Director of the Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB), an organisation originally founded by ANNA and now working in collaboration with the industry as a fully automated global generator of ISINs, CFIs, and FISNs, for Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives. While Emma has been working as MD, the DSB has been designated by the Financial Stability Board as the sole service provider for the future UPI system supporting the DSB focus on industry requirements to deliver an OTC derivatives identification framework. Emma has over a decade of experience in financial data, standards and regulation, previously also working as head of the London Stock Exchange’s SEDOL Masterfile.

Linda Coffman is Executive Vice President, responsible for overseeing the Smartstream Reference Data Utility.  Linda joined the RDU in 2015 to work as part of the product management team responsible for key initiatives across the Listed Derivative and Regulatory product areas. Linda has over 25 years of experience in the Reference Data industry. Prior to joining Smartstream RDU, she was a member of the reference data team at Morgan Stanley where her primary focus was on the creation of a fixed income security master and the onboarding of vendor data. Earlier in her career, Linda worked for an industry joint venture where she managed a data operations and development team covering fixed income and securitized products.

Eric Nietsch

Based in Singapore, Eric is responsible for setting the ESG research, integration, and active ownership agenda in Asia. In his role, Eric conducts proprietary research to identify and manage investment risks and opportunities related to the sustainability strategies of companies in the region. Eric also works with Asian based portfolio managers on evaluating ESG exposures at a portfolio level. He collaborates with the ESG team on methodologies for product development and represents Manulife IM’s ESG capabilities among the local investment community..

Prior to joining Manulife Investment Management, Eric led the Sustainable Finance initiatives for Asia-Pacific at S&P Global where he helped to develop and launch the ESG Evaluation Framework.  He worked closely with analysts across the region to evaluate ESG exposures in corporate and infrastructure entities. Before joining the Sustainable Finance team, he covered various sectors as a credit ratings analyst at S&P in both the United States and Asia. Preceding S&P, Eric worked on an equity portfolio at Barclay’s PLC in New York, and on the special situations desk of the boutique investment bank StormHarbour Partners LP.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Colgate University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Singapore.

Naomi Clarke

Naomi has over 30 years experience in working within asset managers, investment banks, pension funds and insurers at CEO, COO and senior level, delivering business operating models that maximise value from data and improve the way work gets done. She has in-depth knowledge of the data used within the financial sector, how it needs to be governed and the data architectures supporting the modern data-driven approach necessary for data science and analytics to succeed.

She is currently Chief Data Officer for HUB, a new venture bringing PIMCO, Man Group, State Street, IHS Markit, Microsoft and McKinsey together to build a new operating infrastructure for asset management. It will adopt a data first strategy in an open, modular, flexible and low-code manner. The partnership brings together market leading expertise and methodology from across asset management, data and technology. Naomi has an M.A. from the University of Oxford.

Joseph Lodato

Joe Lodato is a Managing Director, Global Head of Compliance Technology and Surveillance for Guggenheim Partners. Previously, he was the Chief Compliance Officer for Guggenheim Securities.

Earlier in his career, he held positions in Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer roles in a variety of settings, from startup organizations to large global services organizations, including Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and AllianceBernstein. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and events such as Waters Technology.

Jay was most recently a Senior Principal at Finastra. Prior to this he spent 4 years as a Senior Analyst at Celent, 4 years as the Director of Capital Markets at HP, 5 years as a Research Director at Gartner and his first 8 years in industry as a Group Manager in fixed income IT at UBS.

Jay holds a BFA from Cooper Union, a BA from Saint Lawrence University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Jay is Series 7 certified with FINRA.


Doris Brophy

Doris Brophy joined Société Générale in 2016 as the Director of Data Governance & Standards for the Americas.  Prior to Société Générale, Doris had over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry on both the buy side and sell side.  Doris has an extensive Technology and Data Background. In her prior role at a large Asset Management organization, Doris served as Domain Executive for the Chief Data Office for the Business Products and Services Data Domain.  Doris has also held positions as CIO of a hedge fund, CIO of Debt Capital Markets at a large broker dealer and COO of Technology for Equity and Electronic Trading.  Doris began her career programming innovative market data solutions, complex options models, trading systems, and global networking solutions.  Doris was an early adopter and influencer of client server, SBA (Service Based Architecture) solutions, thin client, browser deployment and process re-engineering.

Doris Brophy earned her B.A. in Computer Science and Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from Hiram College.  She studied graduate Economics at Rutgers university and was a judge for the MIT Sloan School of Business CIO of the year award from 2009 through 2016.


Chad Giussani

Chad Giussani leads the Operations and Transaction Reporting Compliance team at Standard Chartered bank covering post-trade operations and global trade and transaction reporting obligations. He has been involved with regulatory trade and transaction reporting since 2006, covering MiFID, Dodd-Frank, EMIR and more recently many other G20 risk reporting and prudential jurisdictional requirements. Chad originally worked in the transaction reporting vendor area before moving into a leadership role within investment banking technology, then onto business change and more recently into compliance.

Chad represents Standard Chartered at the trade and transaction reporting industry working groups with various trade associations including ISDA, BBA and FIA on the emerging rules and regulations , chairs the GFXD Post Trade Regulations working group and is the former Chairman of the Regulations Business Unit at ISITC Europe

Samik Chandarana

Samik is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for the Corporate & Investment Bank and is responsible for driving the data strategy and governance, data commercialization agenda as well as delivering data analytics solutions to the businesses.

He leads the Applied AI & ML organization for CIB and the firmwide Machine Learning Center of Excellence, where he is responsible for advancing the development and adoption of scalable analytics and AI solutions across its businesses.  He also leads the CIB Chief Data Office where he partners with organizations across the firm to deliver best-in-class data management capabilities and platforms that offer secure and reliable data. Lastly he is responsible for driving the CIB data commercialization agenda including Pricing Direct.

Samik has more than 22 years of experience in J.P. Morgan with the majority in Credit Markets where he was most recently the head of Global Credit Indices and Global Credit eTrading. He obtained a degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England.

Victor was born and grew up in South Africa and was an English, History of Art and Director of Sports teacher before making the change to journalism. Chuck Teixeira is the Founder and CEO of WCKD RZR, an enterprise software firm focused on delivering intelligent automated Data Privacy solutions.

Previously, Chuck was the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Transformation for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC. Under the Transformation banner at HSBC, Chuck led the global, cross-business effort of business model redesign and solution, using the latest market capabilities; Big Data, Automation, Distributed Ledger Technologies, Digital Platforms, FinTech partnerships and Cloud enablement.

Ed founded The Flynndex Company in 2011 to provide market data training and consulting services. Ed developed training classes to support the FISD Financial Information Associate Professional Certification program

and collaborated with the eLearning firm "Finance Modules" to produce online market data training for the FISD FIA Certification.

Ed began his career with Interactive Data and Moody's Investors Service, then joined Fidelity Investments managing market data and investment research for the Fidelity Funds and the Fidelity enterprise.

Ed has an MBA from Babson College, a BS from the University of Vermont, is a member of the CTA Advisory Committee, the SIFMA Market Data Subcommittee and the FISD Executive Committee.

In addition to her direct business responsibilities, Kim also has a track record for deep engagement in organizational initiatives that holistically drive the organization forward. Emmanuel Hauptmann

He started his career in London as European Equity Derivatives quant strategist in Morgan Stanley’s Quantitative and Derivative Strategies team in 2002. He was then Senior Quantitative Analyst as Director within Citigroup’s Alternative Execution team in London. He joined RAM Active Investments in 2007.
