Morgan in Aug 2017, Rupa worked as a Strat/Technologist for the Equity Derivative Business at Goldman Sachs for over 8 years, with automated trading for warrants and options as her primary responsibilities. Prior to that she held similar roles in Technology for a year at Morgan Stanley and Calyon Securities in Tokyo, Japan.

Cindy and her team is responsible for managing technology risk/governance as well as Regulatory & Audit, Client engagement for Asia. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2013, Cindy was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where she held various roles within their IT Risk and Enterprise Infrastructure Organization. Before she left she was the Asia COO for the Enterprise Infrastructure organization heading their risk & control, business management as well as the people & communication agenda.
 
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Cindy worked in Deutsche Bank as an IT Audit Manager for North Asia as well as an IT Internal Audit Manager for the HKEx.

Cindy graduated from Monash University, Australia with a degree in Computer Science.  She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and an MBA.  She is married with two children and is involved in various volunteering initiatives in supporting under privileged children.
