Statement regarding COVID-19

​WatersTechnology have a strong business continuity plan and are closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus and it’s impact on our industry, employees and markets. 

Our number one priority are our employees and the participants in our events.  We are diligently following releases and guidelines from public health agencies, including World Health Organization (WHO) and will take measure at our upcoming events to increase sanitization efforts and minimise the spread of germs.   

We are following the recommendations laid out by the World Health Organisation and adjusting our advice to delegates and attendees in line with the latest announcements. The well-being of our attendees is a priority and the WatersTechnology team continues to monitor the situation and advice from the relevant health and government organisations.

 

There are currently no blanket restrictions on travel to the UK and London. However, in line with regional travel restrictions, we are following advice from the UK Government

We are also following travel advice from the World Health Organisation. We encourage all attendees to take any necessary precautions and adhere to travel advice laid out by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local governments.

We do ask individuals to consider their recent travel itineraries and health before committing to their attendance on the day.

On-site measures and precautions

WatersTechnology are working closely with the Langham to ensure the safety and wellbeing of attendees. This includes the following measures:

  • Additional hand sanitiser available throughout the venue and at the registration desk
  • Protective face masks available upon request
  • Extra cleaning carried out across the venue
  • Signage reminding attendees of the WHO recommended precautions to take regarding hand washing and spreading of germs
