Prior to New York Life, Mr. Mitchinson served as a Vice President and Head of IT Security, Risk, and Compliance and interim CISO of AIG. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Mitchinson served as Global Chief Information Security Officer for ICAP plc. In this role, he was the firm's first Chief Information Security Officer tasked with building a global security program and strategy, and developed a global Compliance Framework that included risk assessment, exception management and risk reporting.
Prior to 2010, Mr. Mitchinson held multiple, progressively responsible roles in technology with DLJ/Credit Suisse First Boston, Computer Sciences Corporation, Bankers Trust, and Teleport Communications Group.
Mr. Mitchinson earned his degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and has persued executive leadership coursework at IMD Business School in Lausanne Switzerland.

Predrag joined Citi in March 2014 where he is responsible for the design, architecture and data modeling of critical operating metrics & performance analytics for prompt discovery of challenges and opportunities by the executive management, board of directors as well as the bank regulators.
Predrag is an innovative entrepreneur with over 9 years of international experience in the financial industry. He has patented solutions based on machine-learning and big-data analytics for the Wealth Management and the Islamic Finance industry, and in addition he has automated multiple processes for data collection, analysis and distribution, enabling multimillion dollar savings for Thomson Reuters. After the acquisition of Reuters by Thomson, he designed and implemented a global performance management system that has enabled the business to realize in excess of $10M per annum from synergies and process improvements.
In his earlier career he founded an IT consulting company, which he led for over 7 years, enabling businesses and governments to leverage cutting-edge technology and realize their full potential. He is also a founder of a non-profit organization for leadership development and has over 16 years of experience as an advisor and a board member of multiple non-profit organizations.

Bill Harts is the CEO of the Modern Markets Initiative, the advocacy organization devoted to the role of technological innovation in creating the world's best markets. He is known in the financial services industry as a pioneer of algorithmic trading as well as an authority on financial market structure and applied technology for trading.
As Managing Director and Head of Equity Strategy for Bank of America Securities, he was responsible for development of the firm's electronic and algorithmic trading businesses, including its industry-leading Electronic Algorithmic Strategy Execution, InstaQuote direct market access product, and the Quantitative Strategies research group. He was Chairman of the Bank's NYSE Specialist business, guiding it through an especially tumultuous reinvention process.
Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Harts held the position of Executive Vice President for Corporate Strategy for The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc.
Mr. Harts created the industry's first fully automated market making operation for Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, and was head of the Global Program Trading Department with responsibility for desks in New York, London and Tokyo. Prior to that, he was a consultant to Goldman, Sachs & Co. for three years with Fischer Black in their Quantitative Strategies Group developing equity derivative trading systems.
Mr. Harts was a member of the SEC's Special Advisory Committee on Market Information and a member of the Nasdaq UTP Advisory Committee. He has spoken at the SIFMA Annual Conference, the FPL Americas Electronic Trading Conference, the Securities Industry Association Market Structure Conference, and the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business' Regulation of U.S. Equity Markets Conference. He is an occasional guest lecturer at Columbia Business School.

William (Bill) Murphy is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Technology Officer at Blackstone, leading the Blackstone Innovations and Infrastructure team. Mr. Murphy is responsible for the firm's technology efforts. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Murphy was founding Chief Technology Officer for Capital IQ. Mr. Murphy was responsible for overseeing all product design, development, infrastructure and technology support and was involved with all operations of the business. Luis Valdich joined Citi Ventures in late 2015 as a Managing Director and leads its New York office and venture capital investing activities in the US east of the Rockies and in Europe.
Luis is currently focused in Fintech, ecommerce and big data/analytics applications relevant to financial services. Luis actively looks for opportunities to invest in innovative startups that are pioneering new business models and technologies that intersect with Citi's businesses and where Citi can eventually add value via a commercial relationship as a user, service provider and/or partner which in turn can help Citi innovate. Anthony Johnson is the Managing Director and Business Information Security Officer for the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company. Anthony is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and of Regis University where he received a BS in Computer Information Systems. Within the Corporate & Investment Bank, Anthony is the Managing Director responsible for all aspects of cyber security including emerging threats/risk mitigation and the protection of the firm's data and system assets.
Anthony started his career in the U.S. Air Force where he focused on computer and network security. He has consulted with many of the Fortune 100 financial and retail organizations where he provided strategy and technical guidance in all aspects of cyber security. He has held various senior cyber security leadership roles in large U.S. based retail and Global Finance organizations and participated as a voting Board Member for ANSI X9. Vishal Sood is Global Head of Electronic Trading Technology for the Equities at Citi. In this role, Vishal is responsible for driving the vision and strategy around the complete Electronic Trading stack which includes FIX connectivity platforms, Exchange connectivity, Algorithmic trading, Smart Order Routing, Citi's internalization platforms and the fully automated Market Making Platform. Many of these platforms, though originally built for Equities are in use by other asset classes for electronic trading at Citi.
In addition to the global Electronic Trading role, Vishal is also the Head of North America Equities Technology at Citi. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the Equities franchise including development, production services and regional regulatory responsibilities.

Dr. Noma is a member of the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) examination committee within the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Prior to founding Garrett Asset Management, Dr. Noma was the portfolio manager for the BTOP50 fund, a diversified portfolio of global macro, commodity, and managed futures programs.
